As members of the electoral college met across the nation yesterday to affirm the results of last month's election (Four More Years!), one Democrat earned a footnote in history by casting one of Minnesota's 10 electoral college votes for John Edwards, Kerry's running mate. Several electors said they suspected someone unconsciously mixed up the two Johns on the ticket, according to AP.
Boy, those Democrats sure have a tough time voting, don't they? They must have used a butterfly ballot....... no, on second thought, if that had been the case he/she would have probably accidently voted for Pat Buchanan!
How's about holding a hearing on this, Conyers?
