Sen. Hutchison announces her upcoming retirement....again.

I see where our Sen. K.B. Hutchison announced her upcoming official retirement....again! Didn't she do this once before and then change her mind when she got shellacked in the guv primary? Is she now just being coy and playing Brett Favre with us? I used the term 'official retirement' since I'm not sure when her de facto retirement date was, but it was quite some time ago.
