Outrageous! Once they establish they have the required number of fire extinquishers on board (and how long should that take?) they will probably determine they don't have enough women's rest rooms on board..

Eight days ago, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal ordered barges to begin vacuuming up crude oil out of his state's oil-soaked waters. Today, against the governor's wishes, those barges sat idle, even as more oil flowed toward the Louisiana shore.
