According to Biden, Joe the Plumber is a rich man and thus deserving of a tax hike so that poorer plumbers, like Biden hires, can get some of this rich-plumbers money.
Of course, Biden doesn't point out that Barry's famous tax break to the poorer plumbers is merely a one-time vote-buying sham.
Also, Biden's eyes still look really goofy. Are his eyebrows just pasted on upside down, or what?
