The ultimate lame duck could be busy between now and Monday

I'm thinking that Gov. Spitzer (D-NY) might use his remaining time in office trying to retroactively legalize prostitution in New York. After all, isn't the official place of business where the order is placed as opposed to where the goods are ultimately delivered, i.e. QVC?
